Due to the covid-19 situation, we are asking all of our clients to wear a face mask while attending face to face sports therapy or sports massage appointments at the gym. You may wear your own mask, so long as it has at least two layers and fastens behind the ears or purchase a disposable fluid resistant one from us for £1.

We prefer you purchase in advance to maintain contactless payments, however we can also take payment (ideally a £1 coin) at the gym.
